Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet the business goals set for the number of ANPs and cases
- Get new customers by doing the following:
- Leads
- Natural market
- References
- Orphan base
- Set up meetings with prospects to figure out what they need and to explain products.
- Use and stick to the Need-Based Selling Model.
- Up-sell and Cross-sell the customers on the Orphan Base.
- Ensuring that policies are issued on time by resolving pending etc.
- Provide prompt after-sales service to all assigned customers in all fields.
- Adhere to the client’s touch-point interaction to service his customer portfolio.
- Maintaining the target persistence ratio
- Strategize and work closely with the supervisor to get Business nos.
- Work collaboratively with the supervisor and make joint sales calls when required
- To develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for achieving sales objectives.
- Adhere to Activity management guidelines
- Follow up on their database and the leads that the Lead Management System (Orphan/New Prospects) gives them.
